Everything is fine except for the hand shower. Has bad pressure and only one setting - maybe messed up but like spray options. All other parts are great.

OK but you also need to buy the "drop" which is the connector at the end of the shower hose, the part that goes into the wall as the picture for this product shows . This part is not in the box. Review the Moen A725BN Drop Ell product to complete the installation

is great for the second showerhead in our guest shower. The head is great at conserving water so it doesn't shoot as hard but I'm ok with that, I'm sure I could play around with it and drill something special and make it shoot harder but that's fine. Excellent product. For those who say the shower head is made out of cheap plastic, it's to save weight. The print is amazing when you take out the 3 different gears that are inside. No stains or stains after a year of heavy use in hard water. Compatible with 4 body jets and 18" rain nozzle. Best. Shower. Ever.

Never has a single hand held a slider like this before, and we love it. We've always had good luck with Moen products and know they stand behind their products. The shower head is a good size, not too big. It was easy for my carpenter to install the slider and so far it's working well with no leaks or problems. The rich color coordinates with other Moen bathroom products.
