🪝 Moen DN8403BN Brushed Nickel Preston Double Robe Hook Review

I like the look of this holder but it would be nice if the hooks came out a little higher on the side because I use it for a towel and sometimes the towel falls off because there is nothing to hang it for. If I need something similar in the future I will look elsewhere.

I've seen a lot of reviews saying the hooks don't hold the towel. I decided to give it a try anyway as it is the right set for my faucet. I don't know if people try to toss their towels around the room on a hook like the old movie guy with his hat, but hanging a towel on a hook seems to work great for me.

I bought one of these for my bathroom door to match the same Moen design towel rail and ring. So far none of their products have disappointed. I liked this one so much that I immediately bought a second one for another door. And my wife fills it with clothes too. Easy to install and unobtrusive. I am very satisfied with this product.

I hang and leave my heavy bathrobe and towel attached to the back of the wooden door. Installed Hubby in minutes. That robe and towel in the picture will stay there. These are smaller hooks but work because mine doesn't fall off even when opening and closing the door. Those who say they don't keep their robes or towels don't know why as they work great for me. Maybe the fabric plays a role. My clothes are all cotton.

I searched and searched for the perfect fit for our renovation project. I found Moen "Preston" - my decorator said I was happy and I was! We bought a hook, 2 towel rings (that don't protrude too much from the wall), 3 towel rails and a toilet roll holder which makes it easy to attach a new roll. I love the look of all of these pieces and the brushed nickel finish gives the updated look I needed.

I bought 5 of these hooks for different rooms in my house. I really like her. They are well made, durable and easy to assemble. Installation requires the insertion of two screws and tightening of the third. It was so easy anyone could do it. It installs just like any other Moen product I've purchased. It was quick and easy to install but it only came with two screws, no drywall anchors. I decided to screw them directly into the studs so they stay in place pretty well. Mine didn't have instructions so I installed the bracket backwards first and had to take it off, flip it over and try again. But now that it's installed properly, it looks good and is solid. I have ordered a couple of bath faucets from Moen's 'Preston' line. Curved one piece shower rod - AWESOME!, 2 towel rails (I bought them from Lowe's because for some reason they had to be shipped from Revain in a couple of weeks), a TP holder, a towel ring and this horrible thing.
