Not as advertised! for duvets and sets

You did not send what is advertised! There are diamond stitching throughout the quilt (a type of stitching that the product description claims ruins silk) rather than the spot stitching pictured and described in this listing. I'm not sure about the weight of the silk as this is my first silk duvet but it doesn't feel very warm or thick so I'm guessing they are a lot less than the 1.5kg stated on this listing are. .

I just received my duvet and was surprised at how heavy it actually is.

Insert a light cotton blanket and try it out immediately. I was actually expecting something a lot lighter, but I still like Mulberry Silk, I can get it. This blanket can have more silk filling and is more suitable for the fall or winter version. Sometimes a manufacturer wants to be generous with silk because they need more from your business. I'm keeping it to myself but will soon be able to compare as I've ordered three more from different manufacturers. This one could go to my daughter who…

The quality is good but a bit thick/warm.

Our last silk comforter lasted many years, was thin and suitable for year round use in Phoenix, but unfortunately due to lumps in the corners and other issues it was time to buy a new one. I bought a Mommesilk All Season Mulberry Silk duvet as a replacement. It seems well made but is a little heavier/warmer than I expected. I think it would be ideal for colder climates. (If we don't turn off our air conditioner at night, there's no way we could use this blanket during the Phoenix summer months.

The first silk blanket. Pretty impressed!

I received my duvet today and am very excited about it. Firstly I've never had any other silk comforter so I didn't know what to expect. I was ready for what was basically a patchwork quilt. But no, the duvet has some lint and weight. It won't be as tall as a large cloud-like comforter, but it still looks like a regular comforter and fills my duvet cover well. I sit underneath in a room that can be under 60 degrees Fahrenheit and is warm but breathable. I also think the cotton comforter is soft

I've never owned a duvet let alone silk. But I'm so glad I chose quality over price. Actually. The price was reasonable. As I will have it for many years. A PLUS. I've searched a lot in Revain and found that this filling has more silk than other comparable options. It's amazing to sleep under, to be honest.
