I received my duvet today and am very excited about it. Firstly I've never had any other silk comforter so I didn't know what to expect. I was ready for what was basically a patchwork quilt. But no, the duvet has some lint and weight. It won't be as tall as a large cloud-like comforter, but it still looks like a regular comforter and fills my duvet cover well. I sit underneath in a room that can be under 60 degrees Fahrenheit and is warm but breathable. I also think the cotton comforter is soft and good quality. In comparison, the 100% cotton duvet cover (which is 4.5 stars on Revain) that I bought to go with it seems pretty scratchy. I would like the bedspread made of the same cotton as the duvet.
