Great watch for the price. Easy to read. I wear it to dinners, formal events, etc. The case's design offers a natural closure at the cuff of a shirt or sweater, leaving the face visible. Nice gesture. Not an everyday watch for me, as the case scratches easily.

This is truly an elegant large watch. I like this style. It looks simple, no frills, especially suitable for an elegant man over 40, dressed in strict black and white. The watch looks quite thin, the genuine black leather strap is soft and comfortable to the touch. The dial window is made of sapphire glass, so there are no annoying scratches on it. A good product.

Easy to read in old age, no reading glasses required. I own several Swiss watches and this is my first Mondaine. They don't have a date or day, just a clean and nice looking watch. The slim 41mm case keeps perfect timing and looks great so far. One thing I do is change the watch strap, put the original strap in the box, use a different strap? Replacing my Tag Heuer rubber strap cost $225. This way you always have the original strap that came with the watch, still brand new.
