First let me clarify that I'm not a hardware fanatic! I started working remotely and needed to purchase an office setup, docking station, monitors, keyboards, etc. With the help of my son, of course, who works in the IT industry. When everything arrived I was shocked at how easy it was to set up, the quality of this dock is amazing. I've been using it for about a month, it's high quality and worth every penny. I highly recommend. My son did well!

HDMI port not working, display port working and VGA. It does the job with the Displayport, but is a bit disappointed that HDMI doesn't work. More power was required in this module for my particular Dell XPS 9570 laptop.

We have ordered around 15-20 of these devices for 15-20 of our employees in the last 3 months. The product allows us to use (2) monitors and (1) laptop at the same time. We've had great success with them. As we have more employees, we will continue to buy more.

I've run all of the Dell hardware diagnostics and the laptop's USB-C port is working fine. The docking station does not charge the laptop as usual. The charging function does not work. 03/14/2020: Update. I would like to thank eDealerTech for the prompt response to my email. They decided to replace the failed docking station. You guys are great and for that I've raised the overall rating from 3 to 5 stars. Thanks for the great customer service.
