Dell WD15 Monitor Dock 4K with 180W Adapter USB-C stops charging after 11 months
I've run all of the Dell hardware diagnostics and the laptop's USB-C port is working fine. The docking station does not charge the laptop as usual. The charging function does not work. 03/14/2020: Update. I would like to thank eDealerTech for the prompt response to my email. They decided to replace the failed docking station. You guys are great and for that I've raised the overall rating from 3 to 5 stars. Thanks for the great customer service.
