This monitor was almost the perfect size for my use. I used an Android phone as a second monitor for a system monitoring app I put together. Android phones require special drivers that just happen to stop working. That's why I've been looking for a HDMI monitor that fits under my main monitor for a long time. I bought this screen primarily as an audio DAC for an interface between a distributed video system and a separate distributed audio system. Despite the excellent picture, the audio interface could not decode the transmitted video/audio signal (incompatible). I left it almost as new but ended up sending it back as it was useless to me. I believe this is a great value when used correctly.

This display is very well made. Stable metal housing, strong connections, almost no plastic. The image quality is okay, which is mainly due to the fact that the screen is relatively small, so the pixel density is very high. The viewing angles aren't amazing, but they're quite usable. The resolution isn't very common, if you search for 1600x768 you won't find many matches. NVidia cards output this fine by default, on Intel graphics you may need to create a custom resolution, but it works. The…

As the name suggests, it works surprisingly well and is well made. Fair warning, not many devices support 768p, but they run at 1080i/p at a smooth 60Hz. Response time appears to be 5ms with SOME ghosting and viewing angles for TN are minimal, but for the price and portability it's worth it !
