We’ve had many designers and developers over the years. Monogram has stood out as an organization that truly cares about our success. It isn’t about taking advantage of us; it’s about creating a long term relationship. They take pride in understanding our business, the products and services we offer, and how each contributes to our overall goals. We have worked with them since 2010 and continue to rely on them because of their expertise and commitment to our success. I think they do a great job

Monogram has been amazing to work with! It’s hard to find a digital marketing agency that understands the ins and outs of building a strong digital strategy without getting caught up in trying to sell services, rather than educating clients about the benefits of having a digital strategy in place. Monogram helps us understand how to use the tools available to them and educate us on how best to apply those tools to achieve our business goals. The Branding Factory is a great tool for creating a brand identity for your business or organization.

This is a fantastic service. You get the opportunity to share your thoughts and give feedback about what you think works best in terms of branding. It is a very interactive experience and I really enjoyed it! My only complaint was that it was extremely difficult to upload files, especially images, due to the fact that it is so simple to use and does not allow for uploading files from your computer. Overall, the designers were friendly and made sure that I understood the direction that I wanted…
