Use this with an old stereo and computer to get internet radio over my old stuff. It works and sounds great and my old stuff has been given a second life which I enjoy.

You have to buy a new TV and connect it to the receiver to get great sound. The output on the TV is a 3.5mm jack and the inputs on my receiver (yes it's old but it works great!) are RCA plugs. I looked at different brands and prices. It's cheap and well made. Bought and never regretted! Works great and is stronger than it needs to be. If you need this connection - buy it.
