The cable is a little thin.

The cable seems to be much thinner than the VGA male to male cable that I also ordered. I only got this as an extra accessory in case I ever need it. I'll have to try this to see if it works. But it is strange that the cable is thinner. Maybe that's because of what kind of "protection" it was created for. I don't know much about electronics but they make a regular cable, not a premium cable with a big screen.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • Factor set

Worked between a ThinkPad X201 and an HP 2159m monitor at 1280x800 which is the native resolution of a ThinkPad LCD. 15 feet / almost five meters - and not a single error on the screen. Your mileage may vary by office projector, but the cable clearly works. Very thin and compact even with magnetic bulges on each end. A very minor complaint is that the female side has screws, as does the male side - that side should have had nuts for a more secure connection to the target. This assumes that the…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Crumpled

Poor quality - it didn't work on the fourth try

I bought 2 pieces - I used one straight away. Failure on fourth use (in one month). There is a signal that the cable moves the least. Hope the second one lasts a little longer.

Pros
  • Made
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Works well as a 3DFX Voodoo pass-through cable!

Probably not a standard use case for most people who buy these cables, but I needed a pass-through cable for an old 3DFX Voodoo card. Quality is normal, there's no real signal degradation, although you can look for a shorter cable if possible.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very expensive

Great cable and easy to use.

We often use extended VGA cables and this is much easier to work with with no video loss as far as we can tell. He has the exact cable that has been used for several months with no problems. This cable weighs much less than a standard VGA cable. A NOTICE. If you are running this cable somewhere where it can be pinched, trampled, or subjected to severe abrasion, use a standard cable, it's thin and light, but consider a thin HDMI cable to compare thickness and shielding. Very good product.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different
