The cable seems to be much thinner than the VGA male to male cable that I also ordered. I only got this as an extra accessory in case I ever need it. I'll have to try this to see if it works. I don't know much about electronics but they make a regular cable, not a premium cable with a big screen.

I bought 2 pieces - I used one straight away. Failure on fourth use (in one month). There is a signal that the cable moves the least. Hope the second one lasts a little longer.

We often use extended VGA cables and this is much easier to work with with no video loss as far as we can tell. He has the exact cable that has been used for several months with no problems. This cable weighs much less than a standard VGA cable. A NOTICE. If you are running this cable somewhere where it can be pinched, trampled, or subjected to severe abrasion, use a standard cable, it's thin and light, but consider a thin HDMI cable to compare thickness and shielding.
