Works Great: Satellite TV

This product works great. I had some trouble with the initial setup trying to mirror the projector and monitor on the second display. There are no labels on the back of the unit, but I believe the main unit for the displays is a mid-range. Thus, the projector was the master and the monitor was the slave. If I accidentally connected them in that order, I would never have noticed the problem. Now everything works great. One more note: I tried a regular Y-splitter and it didn't work at all. Don't…

Great for HD streaming Xbox 360

This splitter is perfect for streaming. I use this with my Xbox 360 VGA cable, Avermedia Broadcaster HD capture card and Xsplit. Has been working great for a year. This is important when playing and streaming 360 on a monitor with a VGA cable. There is too much signal degradation with VGA cables so you really need an amplifier to get full 1080p resolution on both the monitor and the capture card. It worked great and I can only recommend it. Also, there is no input lag when passing through this…

Works great - TV & Video

I'm using an 18ft VGA cable (actually two 15ft + 3ft cables) from the source to the splitter. I have a 6 foot cable from the splitter to a 19" monitor and a 15 foot cable from the splitter to another 24" monitor. The picture on both monitors is excellent. The splitter itself was a bit larger than I expected (so check the dimensions), but the case is metal so maybe it stays nice and cool, and I was able to hide it out of sight. When you buy your cables make sure you have the right connectors on…

It's in the attic: Satellite TV

It didn't work for me. I took it to the vault where it's gathering dust. The TV said it had no signal while the computer screen was working fine when the computer was on, but it read a message about checking connections when I left it on standby. The monitor didn't do this if that block wasn't queued. He gives two signals. Checked by shift cable. But I'm not sure about the gain or signal quality. I was trying to run a 50ft cable to the TV so the signal may have degraded over that length. But…

Works as expected on satellite TV

I know there are as many uses for them as you can think of so I'll just say how we've used them for all that apply. Our church has a computer that issues several video cards. One feeds the monitor, the other feeds the displays, and we've always wanted to feed the second monitor and rear "foldable" screen from a different channel. This allows us to view the preacher's messages, the time, a preview of what was next on his slide deck, etc. This device works great by splitting the signal from the…
