I was planning to connect my ASUS mesh network to an Ethernet backhaul, so I bought a lot of cables. I was able to connect between the first and second router with no problems (about 50 minutes). The connection between the 2nd and 3rd routers required a new ethernet line running through the walls and attic to connect them.
