Does not work with Apple HD Cinema Display

This product deserves 5 stars for some USB-C to DVI applications. Note, however, that it won't work if you try to use it between a newer MacBook Pro (my 16-inch late 2019) with USB-C outputs and older Apple Cinema HD displays (my 23-inch). External Apple HD Cinema Display flashes for 2 seconds and turns off for 4 seconds, just like another branded converter. Unfortunately I have to return it as I have done with another brand.

This allowed me to plug in my rather old but.

This allowed me to connect my fairly ancient but still quite satisfactory Apple Display to my new MacBook, which only has USB-C ports. I can charge my iPhone using the standard USB port.

Does what it should. DVI monitor works with Mac

I wanted to connect my old Dell 24 inch DVI office display to my MacBook Pro and it worked. Plugged in and everything worked. The USB-C input for transferring power to the Mac is also excellent, so I leave the power on the dongle and just plug in a USB-C cable when I get to the office.

Great product!: Computers and accessories

Does what you need. My wife is very happy with them. She charges her MacBook Air, she can see the display, the display has two USB ports for her wireless mouse and keyboard, and she can connect a USB drive. So far, so good!
