Monsoon Consulting - Excellent Team + Great Services

The design of their website was simple, clean & attractive which made our clients feel more comfortable to use it for their businesses. They provided us with very good support when we faced issues regarding customizations or extensions development. Their team has great expertise on eCommerce platforms like Magento as well as CMS (Drupal). We have been using them for few years now for various projects including product catalogs, web stores. I would definitely recommend their services.…

Pros
  • Extremely knowledgeable people
  • Great communication skills
  • Flexible staff schedules/scheduling options available.
  • Very responsive during times that there needs something done right away without delays due diligence processes being performed before moving forward.
Cons
  • Only downsides i could find were just personal preference such having trouble understanding my own accent
