Old model Good depending on what you use it for.

Old model. The sound quality is good. Not suitable for new iPhone cases. Also, there's this white static noise when the 3.5 end isn't connected to something that drives me nuts. Still a great monster product for the price.

  • Impressive

Doesn't work at all: Cables and Connections

DOA. Tried on different devices, then tried those devices with a different cable to make sure the problem is with them. All you hear is a whoosh that comes and goes. I paid extra because I wanted something that worked to avoid the return process. Here I do the return process

Worked great despite my skeptical wife.

We had a shelving system that was perfect and my wife wanted another mini system to connect her iPod to. I decided to order the cable to challenge her skepticism while she was spending over $50 on a cheap little speaker. It worked wonders and she was surprised that our once useless entertainment shelving system worked.

  • A dream come true

A must for the Bose Companion 2.0

I've used a factory cable from my computer to the Bose Companion 2.0 for years. The speakers seemed to have "dirty" bass which I assumed was the computer's sound card to blame. I took a chance (only $16) and felt the difference in the first five minutes of listening. The sound became clearer; The mids and highs were easier to hear, and the bass was a nice, powerful punch that gave the speakers greater dynamic range. I suggest trying these out!

Pros
  • Expensive but understated
Cons
  • Only available in white

Good quality cable with good design

Does exactly what I needed - replaces my laptop's original Bose speaker cable. They plug straight into my audio jack (the same jack I plug my headphones into). Now no buzz, no buzz. Simply pure, powerful sound. Having purchased a number of monster cables over the years I feel that the high quality of their products is well worth the high price tag. And it was a lot cheaper than the other option I was considering, which was replacing the speakers yourself. But the speakers are great, only the…

Perfect sound for audio and video accessories

I have a 2008 Escalade with separate rear stereo controls and DVD system that has audio, video and AUX input plug-ins. An awkward place if you want to connect an mp3 or ipod stereo for playback through the entire car audio system, but still if you want to play an mp3 or ipod file and that requires a double connector. like this one I bought (Monster MusicConnect portable audio player to stereo cable - 2m cable (1/8" stereo mini plug to RCA). The Monster cable is high quality with a very…
