Strut Cam Bolt Fits Chassis

This bolt works well for camber adjustment. I don't know why manufacturers don't put them on cars anymore. This makes alignment much easier for the technician.

Pros
  • Best of the bunch
Cons
  • Hard to tell

I love Moog products but they are rubbish

Why would anyone use plastic as a shim on a part that needs to be tightened to 75 ft lbs is crazy. I love Moog products but this sucks. I had to buy another version with a ledge on a steel disc.

  • Weight
Cons
  • Only available in black

2 out of 4 screws have to be returned due to poor material quality.

Used to adjust the camber of the hub strut assembly. I installed 4 of these, one for each newly installed rack. 2 out of 4 fell off. One broke when I tightened it to 40 pounds. I hadn't even gained the required 60 pounds when it broke. The second burst about 20 minutes after the job was done. He shot through the head of the bolt and the washer flew away. I had to replace two cam bolts at the rear of the car with one main mounting bolt.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Some issues

I installed it professionally less than 6 months ago and just 2 days ago it broke! The screw broke with a piece of it still in the nut. I agree with the other reviewer that this is a piece of SHIT! I bought Moog because I read that it was one of the oldest reputable suspension component manufacturers, but now I think it's gone cheap to increase profits by sacrificing quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Go with a higher quality piece that isn't as cheap. Spending a few more dollars could save your…
