The strips do what they are supposed to do if the instructions are followed. Considering it's wax and you're literally ripping it off your body part, the idea that it's painless is a bit misleading. The wax doesn't even last anywhere near the advertised 2 months either, I'll be lucky if I can get 2 weeks between waxes (I'm sure it depends a lot on the person). But the product is easy to use, not messy at all. I will be a repeat buyer.

This is awesome. By far the easiest homemade wax I've ever used. This takes practice but will save you a ton of money in the long run (I use it on my upper lip and chin. So embarrassing). I've tried everything from wax that needs to be heated in the microwave (including expensive brands like Bliss) to depilatory products and other pre-wax strips and this is the best I've tried. It's worth ordering by email.

I used these strips on my face and they work. Unfortunately the oil they give you to remove the wax seems to give me breakouts. The week after that my face looks weird and the next week I get acne. I can't seem to remove wax residue without oil so I guess I can't use it anymore. If you have sensitive skin or are allergic to plants, you might want to try something different.

I bought these wax strips based on other reviews that said they were softer. That's how it turned out for me. I used to use their Veet version and I have small pimples on the edges where I applied the strips. Since it was my upper lip and between my eyebrows, it was quite embarrassing. I love this product! This is a quick 5 minute epilation, nothing special. Oil after wax is good too. Helps soothe the area and remove wax residue. I order the strips because I can cut them and quickly rub them between my hands and they're warm. I give 4/5 because sometimes, but very rarely, the strips do not separate properly and sometimes the oil jar does not close perfectly, leaving small oil stains and a pleasant smell on the box. I can overlook that because I love the product.

I am a longtime Moom user in a jar (with cloth strips) as I have never seen a better product. Not only are these strips faster, cleaner, and easier to use than regular Moom, they deliver better results. This material didn't impress me. Firstly, the oil ran out of the bottles when it arrived. Not all, enough to worry that there's going to be a big mess, but it's not. It comes in a nice e-liquid compatible packaging. The strips don't remove hair like hot wax, and you may only do this once or twice every two weeks. Well I had to do it twice in one day because it wasn't that effective. I think the good thing about it not catching all the hairs is that it doesn't rip the skin off like hot wax does.
