Pretty good

My son has autism and it's hard to find underwear he can tolerate. This underwear is soft and the elastic around the waist is in the cotton so my son is more comfortable in it. I am happy with this purchase, although they are a bit pricey for me, I still plan to buy more of this brand for my son.

Soft and stretchy - everything you want HA

My little son was so excited about his first large set of baby underwear and I bought others online first and felt they were cheap, uncomfortable fabrics. Then I bought these which are so perfect. They are so soft and thick enough with a bit of stretch. It's worth it!

Quality fabric at a reasonable price but my son prefers the boxer style.

The fabric quality of this underwear is very good. But my 3 year old son doesn't like wearing them. It goes well with boxer style underwear. I think it might be because the boxers are loose in the leg opening. But Moon and Back underwear has a thick and relatively tight band around the thigh.
