🔧 Enhanced Moroso Power Valve Tester – Model 62295 Review

This is an amazing tool. I rework carburetors all the time and this tool has saved me a lot of time and the hassle of bad power valves.

If you work with Holley carburetors, this is an essential tool for checking constantly popping power valves. I worked at Holley many years ago and now have the same problem off and on but they are really effective.

This is a good tool to easily check if the power valve is good or bad - it's still very hard to tell what the power valve pull adjustments are when you're running 7.5psi and 3 .5 psi test. then you can visually see the difference in the movement of the valve with more or less vacuum, but it will be difficult to tell exactly when it closes - 4.5psi and 3.5psi cannot be seen because one is one .

On the one hand I didn't want to buy this because it was expensive and my repair kit had new power valves. But since I had a problem with carbs, I fucking wanted to know where the problems were and, of course, where they weren't. Tested removal of old valves and installation of new valves. Great piece of mind and narrows down any necessary troubleshooting. Your time is worth something if you don't want to keep cutting carbs to isolate problems.
