First I ordered 5/8" plugs. They were too big for what I needed. I ordered 3/8" plugs and they fit perfectly. I will just keep the 5/8 inch connectors for future use.

Not what I wanted. I thought they were more cover. I needed about an inch top cap with a 3/8 plug. The product itself is good so I have to be fair and give it a higher rating.

Used 1" plug to install a new bumper I bought for my 2019 Silverado. The new bumper had holes for sensors which my model doesn't have so I bought it and installed it straight away!

I plugged a couple of holes in the cupboards in the camper van I bought and they fit the fitment perfectly and haven't moved since install and we are Driven several hundred miles and spent six nights camping at the house on wheels.

After I sold my 5th wheel and removed the hitch from the back of my truck, I had holes in my bed that let too much dust into the body of my RV when driving on dirt roads. They worked great, they were safe and you hardly noticed them.

Nominal 1-1/4" fits fairly loosely into actual measured 1-1/4" hole. It will not "click" or stay in a hole in a .030" sheet metal. Very disappointing. Careful measurement of this fork: Head: 1-3/8" (35mm). Shaft: Just over 1-1/8" (B > 29mm).

I bought these to fit in a half inch hole in the back door of my new truck. I've read that this hole is used when using a bed extension, but I didn't have to drop small screws and debris into the tailgate. This allows me to keep it private but still access it if I ever use the specified extender. For those reviewers who want to complain that this isn't a "trade size" 1/2.
