I was looking for a growth chart that would last over 9 years and that would be easy to keep as a keepsake. It's very easy to write about. The marker did not smudge or smudge. I had a vinyl sticker with my daughter's name at the top of the tree and her birthday at the bottom.

I didn't like the idea of writing my child's height on the wall and then moving. It's nice to be able to easily carry an elevation chart around with you. Also, I can move it around the house and not paint over it. One day my child will receive it and possibly pass it on to another generation.
