I shopped for weeks before deciding on this product and I am so happy with it. I work in sales so I needed a bag big enough to fit my sales tools, electronics and personal items. I am very impressed with how much this bag can hold. It's not ideal for bulky or odd-shaped items, but I'm impressed nonetheless. I was also very impressed with the strap, it is very durable and comfortable. aka don't dig into my shoulders. And the best part is that I get a lot of compliments. go ahead and buy it!

Beautiful gray colour. The inside is huge and can hold a lot of things. Stands up by itself, even with a computer inside. Fits my MacBook 15.6 with extra space in the middle compartment. (Padded center side panels) Plenty of extra room for workbooks, spare shoes, fork and mouse. I like the thickness of the shoulder strap. The only thing that could be improved is the gasket at the bottom inside where the computer is located.

I bought this bag on April 6, 2019. I love the bag EXCEPT on May 13th when I picked up the bag and noticed that the stitching where the hooks for the shoulder straps attach to the bag had come undone. I bought this bag based on reviews. It was delivered yesterday. I like the look, I like that it's roomy. But I hooked the shoulder strap and picked it up, back then I only had a laptop in my bag. The hook is broken. I came up with a workaround using these hooks and attached the shoulder strap to the handles. It seems to work.
