Review on MOSISO Women's Laptop Tote Bag with 3 Compartments, Suitable for 15-16 Inch Devices, in Rose Quartz Shade by Elijah Harvey

I bought this bag based on reviews. It was delivered yesterday. I like the look, I like that it's roomy. But I hooked the shoulder strap and picked it up, back then I only had a laptop in my bag. The hook is broken. I came up with a workaround using these hooks and attached the shoulder strap to the handles. It seems to work. Update: Mosiso contacted me shortly after this review was posted to let me know that a new bag was on the way. Wonderful personal service, new bag arrived and no complaints, the hooks stay on and I don't have to carry more than one bag to and from work.
