Leaves traces after embossing

Not a bad label printer. I just don't like how it leaves marks after "printing", you can see white streaks in the photo. I want it to be clean unless I'm doing something wrong. I'm still debating whether to come back or not.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Exchange possible

Smaller than expected

This was a lot less than I expected. The label spool just hangs, which is inconvenient, but print quality is good with fairly heavy compression. Overall I wouldn't buy it again and will probably buy another (larger) label printer in the near future.

Pros
  • Excellent overall
Cons
  • Expensive

Nice labels but inconsistent

I really love this item just because I like the way the embossed labels look! It seems like there could definitely be a better version, but I really didn't want to spend more money than this one. It works well but looks pretty cheap and after a while my fingers hurt when I try to turn the steering wheel. If you plan on printing tons of labels, maybe I'd look for something better.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • I'm nervous

He's decent enough. Also compact!

This works as expected. All the letters I've tried are clearly and fully printed on the label. Character pitch and alignment are good, ribbon is not wasted, light and compact, quick to use once ribbon is loaded. It's easy enough to change the letter wheel to lowercase. One star deducted for a slight difficulty in inserting the roll of tape correctly. Otherwise, the thing is really a hammer. Take it!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Good lightweight labeler for occasional use

I like this little labeler as someone who *does* not* have to make tons of labels for serious purposes. It's easy to use and does the job well if you're a little careful when using it. I like the two case sensitive wheels and they are easy to switch. You can also swap out the wheels in the middle of the tag, which is a nice feature. This is a very lightweight tool. If you squeeze the pen as hard as you can, the tool will flex and the letters may look slightly blown out due to the extra force…

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Fairly OK, but...
