🔌 Black Vinyl Foot Brake Cable by Motion Pro - Model 01-0298 Review

I bought one of these kits a few months ago for another Yamaha blaster I had. Works great and eliminates the nasty cable clutter on the handlebars.

Does what it promises. It takes a bit of work to install, but once installed it will make a world of difference. Not as good as hydraulics, but much better than stock.

Works great. Both front and rear brakes work much better than ever. Highly recommended. Even though the brakes work well, my cable is pinched.

Arrived on time. Replaces and eliminates the front lever from working rear brakes. The front brakes are now much lighter and the rear ones really work. How good is a mechanical disc. Almost straight to the instructions. Be sure to put anti-capture on threads to save yourself a headache later. Would recommend to anyone with a 2002 or older Blaster.

Worked exactly as I expected. I drove when the track was very wet. Next time I rode the Blaster without the rear brakes. It didn't take me long to search the internet to realize that this is a common problem with Blasters. After using the shorty cable, I can lock the rear wheels at any speed by applying the brake.
