This one is really quite big so it has the effect of more hair and the velvety texture captures my curly hair really well. The photo next to the hippo is of a regular size velvet scrunchie.

I need one in each color! I've been looking for large hair bands made of velvet or velor for a long time. I have thick hair and a regular sized scrunchie is more like a colored scrunchie in my hair.
