One of the best thermostats

Just installed on my 2005 Honda Accord V6 EX and I can say I'm impressed with the build quality. Much stronger and more powerful than the stock thermostat. The best part is their guarantee and failover feature. If your thermostat fails it will always fail in the open position and chances are you can get a replacement for free.

The temperature control in my 2011 Ridgeline has been stable for 4 months. Failsafe Thermostats are a Good Investment

I decided to purchase this Failsafe Thermostat because in my experience as a car owner and mechanic, a failsafe mechanism can mean the difference between saving an engine and complete failure. When the thermostat doesn't open, heat builds up pressure. Many automakers use the cheapest parts unless the car is expensive. When the pressure increases due to heat in the cooling system, that pressure has to go somewhere. On older vehicles and high mileage engines, this pressure is sometimes relieved…

  • Cool

  • Almost OK
