Terrible shock absorber, avoid at all costs

Unfortunately, this shock absorber failed miserably in dampening vibration and cushioning impacts. The installation process was difficult and tedious, and the overall quality felt cheap. However, this product did ship quickly and was reasonably priced.

Leak after 7 months

Bought this part 7 months ago for daily driving and it has been leaking ever since. Motorcraft does not provide a manufacturer's warranty unless purchased from a Ford dealer. Though Revain offers a link to product support, Ford isn't interested. I'm disappointedโ€ฆ

An absolute must for an expedition. In no case do not buy on the secondary market. Learn from my mistake.

I bought and installed Autozone Loaded Racks. Big mistake. My wife actually wanted me to get rid of him (it's her car) after that because he was a terrible driver and she was absolutely right. Unfortunately, by that time I had already thrown away the originals, so spring was gone. Autozone offered me every replacement they offered, but upon investigation I found that all the aftermarket units did the same thing. The aftermarket units actually raise the front end nearly 2 inches and rideโ€ฆ
