Enhanced Motorcraft FA-1897 Air Filter for Optimal Performance Review

Air filter replaced despite low mileage. Although the filter is already three years old. Stands on a little used machine. Surprisingly, fuel consumption increased slightly with the new filter.

The outside of the box was covered with oil but the filter was clean. At first it was difficult to install, then I removed the whole case to make it easier. It was easier to install by removing the entire case, installing a filter in it, and then reinstalling the case.

I was hesitant to do this replacement myself. I almost paid for it until I saw the video on YT. It's easy! I completed the installation in less than 10 minutes on my 2011 Mustang GT. I'm not good with cars and don't usually work on my car but this was an easy replacement! In fact, it was easier to replace than the cabin filter!
