The filter as shown in the picture and description was the right size. I watched a short video on YouTube on how to install it (don't break the plastic fasteners on the filter cover!). Removing the old filter and installing the new filter was easy and took less than 5 minutes. I'm very satisfied with this product.

My 2010 Ford Fusion has done 30,000 miles so I decided to change the cabin air filter. I found a YouTube video showing how to do this (very easy) and I'm glad I replaced it. The old one was completely black with soot. My lungs are grateful to Ford and Motorcraft for installing this filter. This filter was exactly the same as the factory filter and snapped in easily (it fits in a slot just behind the glove box).

I bought this cabin filter for my 2009 Ford Fusion. Yes that is correct. It fits perfectly on any 2006-2009 Ford Fusion if you cut open that plastic box behind the glove box, right where this filter is on the 2010-2012 Ford Fusion. To install, you will need to cut open the front of the filter block to insert it. For some reason a message is now popping up saying this does NOT work on my friend's 2012 Fusion. (SEL, 3.0L V6, FWD if that matters), but I assure you it is.
