OLD PLUG BRAKES DON'T TRY IT.

OLD PLUG BECOMES STRINGY, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE OLD PLUG IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING! I wrecked 3 of my 8th 2006 Ford Mustang GT.

Pros
  • Outstanding All-Round Performance
Cons
  • Upgradeable

This set is made in Mexico

The seller does not mention that these spark plugs are made in Mexico and not in the USA. I don't think they are of the same quality. I hope I'm wrong.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Nothing here

Runs like clockwork

Runs like clockwork, old caps were jammed, I ran a bottle of sea foam down the vacuum line the night before I changed caps. The replacement was easy and it works like a top.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Good but not great

Great for my daily driver

I never use the Ford recommended service cycles, usually change them every 40,000 miles. Because of this, I usually see a smoother ride and better gas mileage. Fits my 2007 Mustang GT.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • not bad

These updated OEM connectors are exactly what you need.

Perfect. OEM is always good for connectors. You know they will serve you perfectly. I don't think other brands meet OEM standards. Don't forget to get the Lisle tool.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Working speed

Bought these in April. There were dropouts in June.

Purchased in April. There were dropouts in June. Had to replace the connector as the internal porcelain fell onto the sensor. I ended up buying a replacement fork from AAuto to fix the problem. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturer issue or the plug itself. but not happy

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

SPARE PARTS SHIPPED - DOUBT REPLACEMENT

It is very difficult to buy a simple spark plug. The fact that the part numbers have changed and the seller is additionally replacing them, in China do these plugs need to have a notched ring just above the 9/16 base if they aren't Motorcraft certified? Too much to absorb so based on the replacement Revain says the replacement does not fit my 2006 Mustang GT 4.6 and sends them back.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Crumpled

2005 Mustang GT for spark plugs

One post said they were made in Mexico, wherever they were made Motorcraft made a mistake. Why? The cathode looks welded, not a solid piece. All the talk about them making it one piece (sp547) over the original (sp515) to avoid breaking the fork in the head is a good idea, but the 547 forks are clearly crap and suck power, once they are installed. Attention 2005 Mustang owners, stick to the stock SP515 and up to 25 ft-lb of torque. Look for the right picture sp547. The class is dissolved.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Negative impression
