Poor workmanship Metal casting

Fastened the first block to the guard bar to allow the bent metal B to fully collapse. Save money and buy another brand - not worth the money

Excellent adapters for engine guards

This is my second set. The first set I bought I had for 2 years. I had to replace the original kit because someone crashed into my bike. They are easy to assemble and offer comfort on long journeys.

Cons
  • Some nuances

Poor quality good for engine protection

I've seen reviews saying they have lousy "spilled" metal but decided to give it a try anyway. As a lifelong racer, I understand how to be careful when tightening parts. Before every ride I checked for stress cracks, today I found a crack on every bracket.

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Doesn't fit all

Easily broken when put on!

Easy to install. The fasteners slipped slightly under pressure trying to tighten them even more and the fastener broke. Once the crack started, the plaster just fell apart. If it was made out of a harder/better material I would give it 5 stars for adjustability alone.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Gear isn't perfect, but with skill, it works.

One side not tight enough to prevent rotation, tape underneath fixed the problem. The screws that hold the pins to the bracket are a bit too big so the inside of the pin hole is shaved off to make enough room for the screw. Once made these modifications work great and look the same as any I've seen on other bikes.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • No insurance

Complete rubbish don't waste your money!

I wouldn't pay $1 for it. Cheap metal clamps. Almost like plastic. Extremely brittle. They fell on my leg because I was only moving a little in my seat while driving on the freeway. After a little hard discussion I received a refund without having to return it. However, I was offered a measly $10 to replace a set of $120 pegs, one of which I lost when it broke. What an insult. Spend your money on the real deal and save yourself the headache.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging

Terrible waste of $35.

They look pretty much the same as the Harley Davidson 360 Road footpeg mounts that HD charges $120 so I bought them. It turns out that they are not made of steel like HD, Kuryakyn or Cirro clamps, but of zinc alloy. They broke after two weeks. Although I hated it, I had to go to the dealer and buy HD brand mounts which are made out of a much heavier material. They seem like a great deal until you use them. In my opinion this is useless junk and a terrible waste of $35. I feel excluded. live and
