Will not fit - Parts

Will not fit Pan America 2021 HD due to the set screws hitting the radiator shroud. They are from China and cost more than buying.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not great quality. Poor performance

Product idea is great. Not easy to install due to small round pressure balls falling off. By the way - no instructions given. After installation, the product does not stay in place UP. continues to drop due to motorcycle vibration. The product is overpriced compared to poor performance. Disappointing.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • No instructions

Great for my purposes.

A bit awkward to assemble, but I made it suitable for a Motech engine guard for the KLR 650. The rods are 1 1/8". Just need to drill the base plate up a size to provide extra stretch. Big screw hole. Plastic washers for thinner rods are rubbish IMHO. Tape the rods. Once I'm happy with the exact position , I'll spot weld them to the rod, then the screws are redundant.

Pros
  • Very good price-performance ratio
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Great for my purposes.

A little tricky to install but I made them to fit a Motech KLR 650 engine guard. The bars are 1 1/8 inches. You only need to drill the backing plate one size larger for extra stretch. Large bolt hole. Plastic spacers for thinner rods are junk. The only way to really stop them from turning is to dig the bolts into the handlebars without plastic, or tape the bars with tape. When I'm happy with the exact placement I weld them to the handlebars. Then the screws are superfluous.

Pros
  • Folds flat onto a 6" straight tube
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Good fit and workmanship made of stainless steel at a respectable price.

Stainless steel product with good fit and finish at an affordable price. Should work fine with my BMW R1200GS. There are no installation instructions, but it's not difficult once you understand how ball detents work. I like to fold it to the side when not in use.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Useless Features

Disappointing. suitable for motorcycles and strength athletes

These road bike footpegs do not attach well to roll bars. Even with slight hand pressure, they rotate around the axis of the guard rail and continue to rotate when the fastening nuts are tightened and securely fastened. Shame as they look so good and the price is right. I would recommend saving money and getting a better brand of road pegs for your adventure bike.

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • High price

Installation is a bit tricky but I made it fit a Motech engine guard for the KLR 650. The bars are 1 1/8 inches tall. Only needs to drill the base plate one size larger to provide additional stretch. Large bolt hole. Plastic shims for thinner bars are rubbish, IMHO. sticks with tape. When I'm happy with the exact position I'll spot weld it to the rod, then the screws are redundant.

  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide
