My husband and I have two year old Motorola phones that no longer charge with other regular cables. The only ones that fit snugly enough for reliable charging, or these are the Motorola originals. I know we're just delaying the inevitable and our phones will break sooner or later, but it's nice to be able to use them a little longer.

In combination with the fast charger for separately tested cars, this 6 inch cable works great and meets all expectations. Bought a longer cord so the phone can be conveniently placed in the passenger seat without stretching the regular 20 inch cords that appear to be there.
