Arrived as described. Does what it should. I just want to point out that it does NOT have a headphone jack. If you think you'll ever want to add these accessories, I'd go for the model with the accessory slot. Otherwise this model works great.

I work with lighting in the theater and normally only carry a walkie-talkie on my belt. But as the music and crowd cheered, yes, the little walkie-talkie was too far from my ear, I couldn't hear it. It took me a while to find something made for my device but try it first and it worked great. Can't complain, it feels incredibly well built and durable. It was so comfortable would definitely recommend.

I bought this to use with my Motorola XTN Series radios. I recently used it to communicate with a crane operator during a long day of lifting. It just so happens that it was raining when I first used it and I actually tested it. I had no problems with the weather.
