Good phone, works well - hard to read display

Looks like a good phone and works well. It's rather small and it hurts to read the tiny button labels. The amber color of the LCD is difficult to see in low light.

Okay emergency phone call

I would give a full 5 stars if this one thing wasn't wrong with the phone. Everything is great until someone tries to call while you're on the phone. Call waiting causes a high echo that cannot be avoided. It's like amplifier feedback into a headset, which is very annoying.

A worthy phone in office electronics

This phone replaces the well-loved office phone that has finally expired after 25 years. Motorola sticks to the ad. The extension will start echoing and feedback after a while if it's on a speaker. And I haven't been able to get out of hands-free mode yet. The displays on both are small. But overall a good product that I'm happy with.

Arrived broken. Beware of this product.

phone is broken. I connected the AC adapter AND the five (5) required AAA batteries (supposedly for backup power) but the date/time on the digital display keeps resetting and the message 'replace battery' appears. This is after two battery changes. Also, the phone has no way to adjust the volume. You get stuck at the default volume, which is pretty loud. I do not recommend.
