Initially I had some setup issues during setup because I didn't "factory reset" the device. Since it's been used before (I bought it used from Revain.com for a great price), the previous owner set up a unique username and password and didn't tell me what they…

Internet connection lost. Here's what originally happened when I started this gateway. After reading the good and bad reviews, I weighed my options. Here are some things I did to make sure everything is working as it…

Pros
  • DOCSIS 3.0 2-in-1 Cable Modem + AC1750 WiFi Router
Cons
  • Questionable purchase by elderly

DUDD! 1 second didn't work for me!

Bought this 3 years ago because I needed a new modem and it didn't sell long at Revain (or there was some kind of discount for orders over $100 - can't remember exactly). Although I could have used it straight away, I unplugged it to plug it in but left my old surfboard - super emphasis on "OLD" - plugged in as it still worked perfectly. Last year I FINALLY decided to plug it in. I called, the 4th traffic light is on. Reload. fix problems. Nothing. Wouldn't connect. Spent hours on the phone…

Pros
  • The product is fully compatible with Comcast Xfinity Business. It doesn't support cable operator phone, it's all done separately. Note: Please read the user manual before use.
Cons
  • No machine
