Very easy to apply, band already attached. The transition from the cup holder to the middle section is not flush. I'm not sure if this is normal, but it doesn't bother me. It's way better than gloss black. I accidentally installed the part askew and was able to pull it back out (remove carefully). The second time the adhesion was still very sticky. The piece sits flush with the chromed piece on the edges. Looks OEM.

This console cover is easy to install. I had to raise and level it twice thinking it might break but it went fine. There is a QR code on the box that takes you to installation instructions, but I watched a YouTube video on how to install it so I didn't use those instructions. Looks good, the design fits well and I'm glad I don't have the original glossy black that was always smudged with fingerprints. It's too early to tell how well this will last. The price was great.

I loved the look of the gloss black console on my 2020 model 3 but like everyone else I found it very scratch prone and almost impossible to service. clean.
