The microphone arm must be at least 2.5 cm in diameter where it is held by the clip.

Display was incorrect. I said this clip works with mics 3/4" and larger. My mic is exactly 3/4" in diameter and this clip didn't capture it at all. The microphone just wobbled. It seems to me that the mic would need to be over an inch in diameter to be used with this clamp.

Heavy Duty: Accessories

I use a standard handheld microphone and this seems to help. Having two in a pack is helpful as things like this tend to break after prolonged use, but it feels heavy enough that I won't have to in the near future. I still don't understand why mic stands don't have a mic holder (most of them anyway), but it's an inexpensive solution.

Two universal clamps for the Moukey Brass microphone with brass adapters

The old and cheap microphone holder is the left one, (front view) Pic 4: continue to my old microphone holder and the left and microphone NEW MOUKEY RIGHT. Note the size difference and my old one never had an adapter. DURABLE MATERIAL WITH A SECURE GRIP. GOOD PRODUCT, WELL DESIGNED.

The perfect clamp for large handheld microphones

Moukey's universal mic clamp works as advertised and attaches securely to most mic stands. I ordered a set of 2 microphone clips; Both are the same size and design and each clamp comes with a removable nut. The bronze adapter nut is made of a light metal alloy.
