I use a standard handheld microphone and this seems to help. Having two in a pack is helpful as things like this tend to break after prolonged use, but it feels heavy enough that I won't have to in the near future. I still don't understand why mic stands don't have a mic holder (most of them anyway), but it's an inexpensive solution.
