Perfect for what I need. Corresponds to the description and easily contradicts other reviews. I'm really not sure anyone would have trouble building it as it's literally easier to set up than anything at Ikea. The instructions were easy, the durability is excellent and solid, and the movement is smooth.

Samsung monitor requires wall mounting, unfortunately there were no VERSA style mounting options, it was an inexpensive way to mount the monitor. Works well, very similar to RAM X Grip mounts. However, note that when you install it, you will see buttons in each corner of the TV. So if you want an elegant look, this is not it.

It works great! I would give it 5 stars except for being a bit irritable but I still highly recommend it. This is exactly what I need to set up my new monitor and it has multiple configurations so it will work with almost any screen no matter what its back looks like.

As many others have discussed the mount blocks access to the necessary ports and can also be problematic to install. I have a 15 inch portable monitor and needed a stand for it. This adapter says it works with monitors 13" and larger. However, the minimum hand spread is 10.6 inches and my monitor is only 9.6 inches wide. These hands can hold the monitor in a vertical orientation, but I want them to hold it in a horizontal (landscape) position. I am returning them on credit and will order a laptop stand instead.

The product is solid except for the small screws that attach to the nut between the adapter and the VESA mount. They stripped me after I tried 3 configurations given in the instructions. This is an absolute pain to try and install. Each part needs to be adjusted separately. The problem is that the screws are on the inside of the bracket (the side closest to the monitor). So if you're trying to adjust the four legs to fit the screen properly, you won't be able to tighten the screws to hold it. Correct position!
