completely crooked and unable to put the item together. .

is completely crooked and could not assemble the item. As soon as I inserted one side, I found that none of the other holes lined up properly. Also the description doesn't say it but you need power tools to hang this on the wall. I ended up sending it back because I couldn't pick it up.

Missing TV and video parts

Wall bracket requires assembly. It doesn't come as one, and that's okay. However, my package arrived and it was missing the small screws and bolts that hold the mount together. The screws for the glass shelf were also missing. I can live without the shelf as I only ordered it to mount to a TV, but the mount is basically useless and neither is the shelf.

Not worth the money or the headache

I ordered this product because it came with a shelf. However, the shelf is scrap and unusable! The shelf is too heavy for the brackets and if you put a cable box on it the entire shelf will start to slide forward. Now I have holes in the wall that need patching. The TV mount is great, no issues other than terrible instructions. I do not recommend this product.

The shelf itself broke into a thousand pieces! Injured my daughter and damaged my gear!

I had a shelf and TV installed by a professional and they looked great but in the middle of the night they just exploded and no one went near them. He cut my sleeping daughter and damaged my Apple TV! Revain said they would refund me for the TV mount but as I didn't buy anything else from them there is nothing they can do about my daughter's injury! Terrible experience BEWARE

Flat screen shelf

The TV mount is ok, but the shelf supplied is a pile of junk and not at all like the picture. The support under the glass top is V-shaped and there is a very small area on the support to attach it to the drywall. Therefore, it cannot be properly supported. I am a former commercial general contractor and carpenters union member (40+ years) and can honestly say the shelf bracket is the worst design I have ever seen and I definitely did not get the one shown in the picture. The shelf is scrap, the TV mount is excellent

The mounts are excellent, quickly assembled. However, the shelf is junk. It's too heavy for the bracket that comes with it and as soon as you put a DVD player etc on it it literally leans forward ready to slide off the shelf. I just had to remove the shelf and now I have bracket holes in my wall. It's a piece of junk and we lost it about a month after we moved in and of course it takes too long to get it back.
