This was very disappointing. I didn't realize how uneven it was until I knitted the baby blanket that I sewed. You may have to completely redo the ceiling. So I lost the value of the fabric, in addition to spending on the batting.

Satin baby quilt. The cotton is lightweight, making it fun to wrap your baby in a blanket. When washing a duvet, the batting remains between two pieces of fabric. I've done a minimum of locking stitches throughout the duvet to ensure it stays in place and also washes well and should only be worn on a low drying temperature. I made two blankets for my granddaughter, she absolutely loves them.

Maybe a little hard to tell from this photo but I used this batting to cover the foam of a new seat cushion I made. The cotton will help hide any imperfections where the foam has been cut. Some batting can be a little tricky to work with, and if you pull on it too hard (to get a smooth, even fit on the foam) or try to hand-stitch where the edges overlap, it may tear. This punching power withstood both of them without tears.
