Pine Tar Beard Oil I've had my eye on for a long time. Ever since using a bar of Grandpa's Pine Tar Soap, I've been looking for a beard oil with this smoky scent. This is the first pine tar beard oil I've seen and while I didn't smell it my wife said she did and I saw small dark droplets of it (it dissipates quickly) so I KNOW that it is there. , it just isn't as smoky as I was hoping for (although I know it might not be for everyone). The oil is as good as any other beard oil I've used. I…

One of the best oils

I hadn't even heard of beard oil until a week ago. Now I have bottles of it. This oil smells great, revitalizes and softens the beard. This oil comes in a different bottle, it doesn't have a dropper like the other bottles I've bought, it's more of an app to shake a few drops into your hands, not that it's a problem - just different. I was going to shave my beard off a week ago but after learning about these oils it just wouldn't come off. I googled the best oils and this was one of the best…

An amazing oil that lives up to its reputation

An excellent oil that lives up to its reputation. It's not a heavy oil like some (I'm looking at you BeardBuddy), it holds up better and manages my thick beard well. It contains a ton of other essential oils—much more than the competition! It really smells like a male climber washing with pine and sandalwood, but the scent is mild. It rises a lot and then softens for a few minutes. Hours later, as you lean closer to your girlfriend, she will lose herself in the amazing scent and reach out to…

Great product and price

I have had a beard for almost 15 years and have tried many beard oils. Most of them are very similar. They leave similar sensations and differ in taste and price in many respects. Especially the price. And a higher price is not a sign of better quality. Over the past 2 years I've pretty much committed to the Mountaineer WV Timber brand as a beard oil. This is an amazing price per ounce and I love the taste. It makes my beard nice and soft. Since then I've tried their beard wash and will…

Great beard oil with fantastic scent

I've been wandering around Revain looking for the right beard oils and balms. I've tried Mountaineer Original Fragrance Oil in the past and loved what I put on my beard. But the smell wasn't what I like. However, this new Citrus & Spice is to my liking. I've wanted a citrus based oil for a long time and have tried others that came close but not exactly. From lemon/lime, pine/wood scents to sweeter scents, they never had the full feel and flavor I wanted. Climber did it with it. So much so that…

Keeps my white beard in good condition.

Well, at 48 it was my first full beard. Sure, I've had a goatee, chin strap, and the like over the years, but this was my first experience with a full, large, sculpted beard. With so much hair on your face, beard oil was a must. The problem was that argan oil is yellow in hue and even at 48 (I'm 49 now) my beard is pure white. Not salt and pepper, not gray, but white and argan oil spoil its snowy appearance, and I got none of that. The lack of argan and good reviews made me buy the…

From a fellow climber.

To be honest I only bought this because I'm from West Virginia and decided to support a local business. As a newbie to beard growth and someone who has never bought beard care products before, I had no idea what I really wanted or needed, so I figured Mountaineer Brand would be a good place to start. I have a relatively short beard but it looked a bit wild and I noticed it was a bit dry and brittle. This is what made me think it would be a good idea to finally get into beard oil. I stumbled…

Great smell and functionality

I've tried several brands of beard oils and I swear it helps keep my beard in good condition. I love natural scents, but not feminine ones. It seems like so many beard oils use floral scents that just don't work for me. I came across this brand while looking for a beard wash, smelled its citrus and spice scent and was immediately hooked. I've been an honest Amish beard oil user and I still love their product. It has a pleasant smell and is relatively inexpensive. I decided to try Mountaineer's…
