Doesn't Hang Straight

I thought I'd save a few bucks but now I'm buying the original brackets because I installed two of them even though a professional audio video and IT company came to the rescue and they hang low. They are light, not strong and not worth the money in my opinion. I will buy real ones. A complete waste of money.

Great for the price on Brackets

Very easy to install. Four stars because due to the short length I had to cut the anchors out of the wall. The anchors kept turning dry with the screw in my 1/2" thickness, so I had to replace and use some of the other fasteners. In addition, it's very easy to install and strong enough to hold my Sonos Beam.

Buyers beware of good speaker brackets

Maybe cheaper than other Sonos mounts but NOT WORTH IT. We've found what was in itself a difficult feat, stretched it all out, and it's still weakened/unsustainable. Then, as the music played, the bass produced a rattling sound as the speaker interacted with the mount. we return Spend $ and get better mounts. Note = F

Can't tighten the bracket tight enough to prevent the speaker from tipping on the floor

I installed this on a Sonos Play 1 speaker (at ear level when seated) with the short bracket instead of the long one. All was going well until I stopped holding the speaker vertically. As soon as I let go of the speaker, the bracket and speaker fell from their vertical position and the speaker dropped heavily toward the floor. I tried tightening the bracket screw on the side of the bracket, but no tightening of the screw was able to prevent the speaker from tipping down toward the floor. Toโ€ฆ
