Unlike many other brands, the mount comes pre-assembled. Also, you get a lot of screws for different TV models. The only tricky part is attaching the bracket to the wall. If you have experience with a drill press and a socket wrench, you're fine. I was a carpenter so mine sold out quickly and I'll try to explain to the layman that it's pretty easy to install. 👍

It was so easy to install! I confess I was scared of it and almost called the company to hang my TV for me, but I decided to give it a try and I'm very glad I did. If it was made by me (a woman totally inexperienced with tools) and my mother, then anyone can do it. Super durable and I love portability. I also liked that I only had to find a bolt to install it. This is a very affordable, good quality, single lever wall mount. I wish it was a little more durable, but it comes with all the necessary screws, an HDMI cable, and a couple of zip ties. At $25 it's a steal. My TV weighs 40 pounds and I would be afraid to go on 60 pounds. He moves around a bit and likes to find his own center of gravity depending on how the TV sits. For a 40 inch TV or less this would be ideal.

There are many other full swivel TV mounts that do the same thing and cost three times as much. why pay more? You will need: a tenon finder, a pencil to mark the tenon boundaries and where you want to drill the holes, a drill with a bit (5/17 I think) to pre-drill the holes. for the mounting bolts, a socket wrench to drive the bolts in - or if you have a ratchet or socket wrench, that's even better.
