📱 Limitless 3.0 Accessory: Mous Wall Phone Mount Upgrade Review

I ordered additional accessories because of the Prime Day offer. Attach one to the junction box cover to use with the car's existing Scosche mount. Holds up well but needs 100% leveling. And when your car goes over bumps, a big phone (iPhone Pro Max) will wiggle freely on big bumps.

Absolutely not going to badmouth the brand, I was happy with the iPhone case (Limitless 3.0) and magnetic wallet but this mount doesn't even work with my own cases, it is just bad planning. I didn't read other reviews before buying, it doesn't work.

Super strong. I lost my phone many times because the phone crashes. The phone shakes while driving. The mount is too big and the clips are wrapped in weak silicone. It moves when it is pinched by the sun visor or radar cable. The idea is great, the attachment is weak. The clamp should be almost in a specific slot. *has a clip for almost a month*

Magnets don't align well, you have to move them to make them hook. I've seen my iPhone fall over bumps in the road at least a few times. The mount pops off my vent 3 times out of 5 every time I pick up my iPhone. (The magnets are strong enough to pull the vent out but not strong enough to keep it from falling.) Too expensive. I wouldn't buy if I didn't get an Amazon gift card for Christmas.

I bought the Mous phone case after seeing my sisters and hearing that the phone case itself is magnetic which I really liked. Well of course the case will ONLY work with the Mous phone mount and not any other magnetic phone mount so I felt compelled to buy this one even though it is very expensive compared to others. It's fine and works, but ONLY if you place it in the right place. If not, you'll hit the slightest bump in the road and your phone will fly away.

I've been waiting for Mouse to come up with this for a while. The vent clip is rubber coated and flimsy, the rubber has come loose and won't stay on the vent with the weight of the phone. It's not because it's incompatible, it's been tried in different ways on different computers, same thing. You hit a small bump in the ground and everything is on the ground. The form factor of this thing is great and it could be a good product for a smaller phone. But they sell this thing as a system. I bought a Limitless 3.0 case and then a 3.0 air vent mount and the magnets on the mount are not strong enough to hold the phone on the mount. Crashes on bumps in the road. It dropped off in some pretty tight corners (we're not talking wheel squeal). If I drove like a grandmother in Oklahoma I would be fine, but I live on a dirt road in Colorado and my phone fell off…

Update 11/26/20: It's only been a few days since I've received and used it. Fell off the fan a few times. The ventilation handle is insufficient. I'll be back, and unless they remake the vent retainer part for their future charge vent mount, I won't understand either. The magnet sticks to my phone even though it's thrown into a cup holder, passenger seat or car floor. However, if it can't stay on the vent, it's a completely useless device to me.
