I give her 2 stars because she is cute. This fan just doesn't work. Even as a regular fan. I put it in the warmest room in the house. It stayed at 75 no matter what setting I used. If the fan had been stronger it probably would have worked. I can't even hold it and use it like a regular fan. There's just no wind at all. Don't even sit right in front of him. You can't even use it to blow air in your face. I think it's really adorable, but I don't like mindless clutter so it should be back.

I was glad to receive this but very disappointed. The instructions are terrible and the fan won't blow air out even with tall barleys. I've tried it with and without ice and it doesn't make much of a difference. It says cotton fabric that cools the water, but I definitely didn't see any fabric.
