Review on 🔵 MOVTIP Portable Air Conditioner Fan, Mini Evaporative Cooler and Humidifier Misting Fan - Quiet Desk Fan for Home Office Bedroom (Blue) by Janet Hernandez

I was glad to receive this but very disappointed. The instructions are terrible and the fan won't blow air out even with tall barleys. I've tried it with and without ice and it doesn't make much of a difference. It says cotton fabric that cools the water, but I definitely didn't see any fabric. I know VERY much about water coolers, but this was a big disappointment. And it is NOT portable unless you carry an AC adapter with you. I cannot recommend this product and will be returning it. UPDATE 7/13/20 I'm changing this from 1 star to 4. Now I understand how it works and I'm happy with it. Ever since I learned how to set the SECOND AIRFLOW SETTING I've really loved this little machine. 4 stars and not 5 for this reason, the instructions are terrible and if you don't take the time to figure out the settings you will hate this machine too! Yesterday it was 121° here. My AIR CONDITIONING didn't even cool me down at home. I brought this little gadget into the kitchen while cooking and I FINALLY got cold. Just make sure it's in SECOND AIRFLOW MODE and you'll love it!
